A penalty of the first night's accommodation and 30% of the value of each subsequent night will be charged according to the Reception price list. In the days of official, informal and professional holidays a penalty of 100% of the package or the stay is due.

Late check-out on the day of departure is possible after prior arrangement with Reception. Late check-out fee is 50% of the overnight stay. Release after 17:00 is charged as a night.

If you wish to guarantee your reservation, it is necessary to pay the deposit amounting to 50% of the amount of the stay. The remaining amount is payable on the day of check-in. In case of early termination of the stay the paid amount for accommodation is not refunded. When reducing the stay of 2 days or more on package / preferential offers per night, the price per night is based on the Reception price list.

If canceled up to 5 days before arrival or no-show, 100% of the first night's accommodation will be charged and 30% of the next night will be charged according to the Reception price list.
